Dino Monteverde is a Senior Associate at Sarhan Hotel Group, specializing exclusively in hospitality investment sales across the United States. He advises hotel owners, investors, and operators on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic positioning of limited-service, select-service, full-service, and resort assets, with nationwide coverage delivered through SHG’s network of state-licensed partner brokerages.

Dino entered hotel brokerage without a traditional finance background or institutional training and has built his practice through disciplined owner outreach, market research, and long-term relationship management. He has overseen $200M+ in aggregate transaction volume across 9 closed hotel transactions and is a back-to-back CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Award recipient (Q3 2025, Q1 2026). He currently manages a large pipeline of on- and off-market hospitality opportunities.

Prior to brokerage, Dino was a hotel owner and operator, having founded and scaled a multi-location hostel business before exiting in 2020. His operational background provides a practical perspective on valuation, deal structure, and execution beyond theory.

Dino is also Founder & CEO of a100 Arms, an off-market hotel transaction platform he co-founded with Razim Meeran and William Betancourt, with Sarhan Mheni serving as adviser. The platform is built for owners and buyers who value discretion, structure, and disciplined execution.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Dino brings a process-driven, execution-focused approach to hospitality real estate, emphasizing discretion, consistency, and alignment between buyers and sellers.
