In 2018, Eric started as a property analyst focused on commercial investments in Southern California. After working as an analyst for a few brokerages in Los Angeles, he was recruited by Sarhan Hotel Group with a national platform.

Specializing in hotel sales in the $5-$25M range, Eric continues to advise clients with an emphasis on adding value and supporting clients long term vision in primary and secondary markets in the Pacific Northwest and California.
