Mohamed Razim is an Associate working with the Sarhan Hotel Group to drive high-value hospitality investments in Illinois. Originally from India and an architect by training, Razim co-founded an architecture and design-build firm in Chennai before pursuing his Master’s in Real Estate at DePaul University. His journey reflects a fusion of architectural expertise and a passion for real estate, enriched by global experiences and an extensive industry network. 

Throughout his master’s program, Razim actively engaged in the real estate community, attending conferences and connecting with leaders across sectors from modular residential to hospitality. His experiences, notably working with JLL Chicago’s Project Destined and interning under Dino Monteverde at Starboard CRE, have given him a unique perspective on hospitality brokerage. He values professional growth and is committed to adding value to the industry through his work. 

Beyond real estate, Razim is passionate about fitness, technology, crypto, travel, and creating video content. His interests also include exploring history and following combat sports like the UFC, which fuel his drive for continuous learning and resilience. 

As he advances in his career, Razim remains deeply inspired by his faith, family. With an eye toward growth, he aims to make a lasting impact and contribute to the next generation.
