Meet Sarhan

Born into a family that owned 12 full-service hotels, Sarhan has a deep history of experience working in and comprehensively understanding the hospitality industry. Starting at the age of 12, Sarhan began working every summer, initially bussing tables. From there, Sarhan progressed through every aspect of hospitality, spending time in each department of their family hotels until earning the position of assistant manager at age 20. Being in the hospitality business is a passion for Sarhan, and he has always strived to improve his skill set.

While attending Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles full-time for a double major in finance and international business, Sarhan also owned and ran a very successful luxury and sports car brokerage firm, selling more than a dozen cars a year.

Just after graduation, Sarhan began selling hotels with the publicly traded Marcus & Millichap in their Southern California office in Encino. In their second year, Sarhan was awarded for being one of the top three hotel brokers in the nation for Marcus & Millichap.

From then on, Sarhan led the number one team in California and consistently finished in the top three nationwide for the next thirteen years. Sarhan has sold every type of hotel, from small independent hotels to five-hundred-room full-service upscale properties. Throughout his career, Sarhan has sold more than a billion dollars’ worth of hotels and over a hundred individual hotels.

In mid-2020, Sarhan Hotel Group was recruited by Keller Williams Commercial to run the National Hospitality Division, where they are currently the most active hotel brokerage team.
